When being interviewed as a Listing Agent what are a Home Sellers primary questions?
During our interview I will answer the above questions and more. Listing your home for sale does not need to be a daunting task. Let me assure you, it needn’t be that way. I’ve sold over 350 local homes in Oakland, Piedmont and Berkeley since 1998. I have a proven track record, an exemplary network of professional service providers to get your property ready and the most extensive high-exposure marketing program in the business. During our Listing Interview I will share with you the kind of great results that are attainable with my assistance in property preparations, industry leading marketing and aggressive negotiation skills.
During our interview I will answer all of your questions directly and in a straightforward manner. I will provide you with all of the service provider referrals that you need and provide you with professional references upon your request. Don’t take my word for it. Please take a minute and see what some of my past clients say about me. And, if you are a user of YELP, please take a minute to learn more about me there.
Initially we will sit down together for a brief, candid conversation about your home selling plans. Our will cover us getting a clear understanding about what your needs and wants are in additions to simply getting an opportunity to meet one another. I will of course share with you market trends and details about local real estate selling climate. However, in order to be accurate with my value assessment I will first need to see your home and hear from all of the things that make your home a spacial place.
Some home sellers may want to interview more than one Listing Agent. And that’s fine. During your interviews I think you’ll find most Realtors to be friendly and approachable. Friendly and approachable is an important parts of sales. A good Listing Agent needs to be friendly but even more importantly they need to be professional, skilled, knowledgeable and experienced. Living in your neighborhood is NOT enough. In order to get you top dollar it is important to be a marketing expert that’s well versed in local, regional and national marketing strategies. All too often a Seller finds themselves deep into the listing process only to find out that their friendly Listing Agent is lacking in these other important areas.
After meeting in person I will prepare a full Market Value Analysis and Marketing Presentation that will cover:
I can assure you that our listing interview will leave you with a firm understanding of the entire home listing process and the confidence that we will get top dollar for your home ona timeline that works for you!
